Containers or bundles weighing more than 50 pounds or longer than 4 feet in length will not be collected as household trash. Please call the Customer Service Center to put in a request to have a Residential Supervisor survey the material for a quote. This survey and removal of the debris will be billed to you. Any items that cannot be safely loaded by our crews for removal or any items that may damage the hauling equipment will not be collected.
